Copyright Infringement Claims

Any claims on copyright or earlier publication or patent will be considered at the highest priority, and corrective actions will be taken. Any claims of copyright infringement should be informed to us by contacting us through one of the methods specified on the contact page. The claim must be supported by documented evidence showing that the same version was published, copyrighted, or patented by the aggrieved party before the date the concerned research/article was published in the journal/website. Upon receipt of the claim, if deemed valid, we will inform the author to provide an explanation; the discussion of which shall be transparent to both parties. We reserve the right to decide the validity of any such claims. If the claim is found justified, the concerned research/article will be removed from all pages, archives, and servers managed by us.

Fees Refund Policy

No corresponding amount will be refunded after:

• The research paper is published.

• The DOI is generated.​

Before the research paper is published, the author can request a refund. The refund amount will be 50% of the corresponding fee of publication.

Other Policies and Conditions

Additional policies may apply to purchases of goods or services, to specific portions or features of this website, and to subscriptions or licenses with organizations with which you may be employed or affiliated. If there is a conflict between these Policies and Conditions and the terms that are posted for or applicable to a specific portion of this website, for any service offered on or through this website, or set in an organization subscription or license agreement, the latter shall control with respect to your use of that portion of this website, the specific service, or the subscribed or licensed product.
