  • Can I withdraw my paper after submission?
    Yes, you can withdraw your paper at any time before it is published. Please notify us through email or the contact form as soon as possible.
  • How to add more authors to my paper?
    While submission, GJMS allows entering details for up to 5 authors. However, more authors can be added after submission. If the document file contains more than 5 authors, we will proactively add them. To add more authors later, send an email to us, use the form on the Contact Us page, or reach out through social media or SMS, along with the following details for each author to be added (Name is mandatory, other details are optional): Name Designation/Occupation Organization Email Address Phone Number
  • Is there a publication fee?
    Yes, there is a publication fee which covers the costs of reviewing, editing, and hosting the published paper. The exact fee details can be found on our Publication Fees page.
  • What are the guidelines for manuscript submission?
    Our submission guidelines include formatting instructions, plagiarism policy, and ethical standards. Detailed guidelines can be found on the Submission Guidelines page.
  • How much time does it take to review a research paper?
    The review time generally depends on the complexity and length of the research. Short and Simple Research: 2 to 4 days Long and/or Complex Research: Several weeks We will notify the 1st author by email when the review is complete. Authors can also check the status anytime using the track status page.
  • What is included in mailed printed physical hard copies?
    Publication certificate(s) printed on thick glossy paper (separate certificates for all authors). Your published full article/manuscript/paper.
  • What types of articles does GJMS accept?
    We accept a wide range of article types including research articles, review articles, case studies, short communications, and opinion pieces in various disciplines.
  • How can I track the status of my submission?
    You can track the status of your submission through our Track Status page. You will also receive email notifications at different stages of the review process.
  • Is GJMS approved by UGC (India), ISI (International Scientific Indexing), or Scopus?
    Not yet. But we are hoping to get it soon.
  • Does GJMS provide open access to published papers?
    Yes, GJMS is an open-access journal, providing free access to published papers to ensure the widest possible dissemination of research.
  • Can I submit a revised version of my paper?
    Yes, revised versions can be submitted. Authors are encouraged to incorporate the feedback from reviewers to improve their manuscripts.
  • How much time does it take to publish a research paper?
    After making payment for publishing and uploading the documents for verification, it typically takes 1 to 2 workdays.
